7 Best Street Food Of Rajasthan!! 🤤
Seven street foods, one simple rule nothing over ₹100. As part of my 28 Weeks 28 States journey, I explored the streets of Rajasthan to see how much flavour you can unlock without spending big. From heritage sweet shops to busy chowks, this was all about finding legendary bites at everyday prices.
I started with silky rabri at a 170 year old establishment that has been serving generations. The saffron flavoured milk had gentle notes of cardamom and felt rich without being heavy. Arora Sweets delivered warm gulab jamun, Samrat’s samosa was crisp and satisfying, and the smoky tandoori chai added drama to the evening. Kanji vada brought that sharp fermented punch, while rabri kulfi wrapped things up on a creamy high.
Rajasthan once again proves that unforgettable food does not need a premium price tag. Some of the best flavours in India are still found on the streets.
