Honestly this is actually a really funny concept. Employees make up random recipes and they get to name it (using fake, clearly made-up names), and obviously no referencing events/people in the restaurant.
Say an employee had a random encounter with a Karen at a store. "Karen Hell Burrito" a spicy burrito.
