What's the difference between shaoxing wine and yellow shaoxing wine? I've never tasted either but I know it's important for traditional Chinese and Korean food. I've usually substituted it for Mirin knowing it's not as sharp and flavorful.
So interesting to watch!! Great to see the chinese cuisine scene being explored like this by a western lens. Great work and much love ๐ซถ๐ผ
For the sake of experimentation, I support those ideas to modernize and bring the Chinese cuisine to the next level, ever more. But the amount of work is just too much. I don't know how these guys do it. Day in and day out. I'll be too tired to even work one day in their shoes.
Love your channel mate
Ainโt it great when Chinese people from both the mainland and Taiwan get together and cooperate?
Amazing! Would love to watch more series like these
