3 Michelin Starred Korean Restaurant
cuase their korean fried chicken is’t just another sweet and spicy.
Setopa is a fine-dining Korean restaurant by the only three Michelin star chef in Korea. They serve dishes that you cannot find in Korea like Setopa chicken which is using French technique with Korean flavours.
But what made me fall in love is that the chef studied under THE Jongkwan Snim who makes temple food and also the star of the Chef’s table season 3 episode 1. You can actually experience that at Setopa.
And lastly, you can also have my favourite Korean fried chicken Hyodo chicken at Setopa. I love it cause they use popular ingridients in Korea like lotus leaf and dried anchovy. And it is that good ♥️
