The melon pan is very similar to Mexico's Concha.
I had a chance to eat monjayaki in 2023 between shows for the Final Fantasy Kabuki show nearby. It is a fun experience though it was a solo trip so it would be better with friends and beer.
Yuniverso's story is so inspiring. Opening up a business hasn't been easy these days, let alone during the pandemic all those years ago and still surviving well. I wish all the best for them 🙂 🙂
