Tucked away in one of Taipei’s historic old districts, Nobuo is an intimate fine-dining restaurant that builds its menu around seasonal ingredients, presented in an elegant, minimalist style. Their cuisine reflects local culture with a sense of nostalgia. A Michelin star feels inevitable here (yes, they’ve had a Michelin star since they’ve opened).
