Ingredients
3 lbs lean ground beef
1 yellow onion
1 can whole kernal corn
1 bag organic green valley chickpeas
1 can diced green chiles (4oz)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
5oz cream cheese
1 bag cheese i used (monterrey jack with jalepeno peppers and mild cheddar).
8 Extreme wellness wraps (get the larger ones)
Seasoning mix
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Canes sauce mix
1 cup light mayo
1/4 cup sugarfree ketchup
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
pinch salt and dash of pepper
Instructions
– [ ] Dice your yellow onion and cook in a skillet. When its done add your beef amd cook until done.
– [ ] Now drain your corn and chickepeas add to your beef along with your green chiles,milk,heavy cream and your cream cheese in the center to melt on the pan then incorporate everything.
– [ ] Let that cook on med for 5 minutes stirring avery minute. Add your cheese and it will melt fast.
– [ ] Lay onto 8 burritos evenly fold them and toast them. All done!
