I didn’t even finish my meal
I originally planned to film a food recommendation, but I didn’t even finish my meal in the end. Nanxiang is the birthplace of Shanghai soup dumplings, and Nanxiang Mantou Dian in Yu Garden is its most iconic time-honored brand. A restaurant with such a legacy should speak for itself, yet sadly, it’s now little more than an overhyped tourist spot.

I hate when a really good restaurant decide to change everything and focus on quantity more ….
I havent had you in my feed for awhile
I hope you're good and glad to hear you being critical when it matters.
Best wishes!

Bummer, always sucks to see a classic spot sell out

I really like your review, short, straightforward and thoughtful!
It’s really tragic because I remember having such a good meal there back in the 2000s. Now it’s obvious that it’s not worth it. There are a lot more local places deserving of your patronage.
