  1. 22:51 My mom makes this kind of macaroni around Christmas and Thanksgiving (Makes sense given I am from the south) but with normal milk, Just cheddar and a bit browner. It's usually a baked mac' n' cheese brick.

  2. For your next episode, is it possible to revisit burgers? I remember either a Basics or Botched episode where you went through all the ways to mess up a burger, but then it came down to making your burger, and… you way, way undercooked it. You even mentioned while cooking that you were nervous/anxious and pretty sure you were going to undercook it, and we don't even have a full shot of you biting into it in the video.

    So… 10 Levels of Burgers?

  3. Great video and great tip on pressure cooker stock, however missed a HUGE key, please do not release the pressure all at once, it will ruin the stock. All that turbulence and boiling will mix up all the 'bad' flavors. allow pressure to naturally disperse. Please search "Chris Young" for any questions.

  4. my fav struggle/comfort meal is
    1 packet of uncle bens coconut jasmine rice about
    1/4 block cream cheese

    bit of butter
    everything bagel seasoning
    nice-ish hotdog/sauseges
    soy sauce "marinade"
    take the weiners i use no joke wahoo weiners cut to bite sized peices but in a soysauce and brown sugar "rub" and airfry till they look burnt but arent then make the rice mix in the cream cheese, bit of butter, everything bagel seasoning and the dogs on side or top

  7. All that work and we didn’t get to see the inside of the fish stick? Idk for me I would have cut bars of fish and breaded/fried that. I know fish sticks are mostly minced so I get the concept. That custard looked 5 star though.

    In the show MegasXLR, the main character Coop asks a machine that generates food from anywhere for a Philly cheesesteak wrapped in bacon and the whole thing deep fried. Is that something you could try?

  12. Andrew, for your brisket & gravy, have you ever thrown in chipped potatoes or potato flakes? My grandfather used to make them after coming home from WW2, they served it in the Army and was everyone's favorite meal when you got some R&R in the back area or supply depots.
