This is Kabuto and they’re located in Chinatown just a couple miles from the resorts. It’s worth the visit for this type of experience. Everything on the boulevard is more expensive and not as enjoyable for the cost. This is the best value in town for this type of dining. It’s not inexpensive, but you’re getting an extraordinary amount of quality for the price. The fish they use and techniques are a true luxury experience. This is a sushi-intense experience. I say this because it is a lot of nigiri and sashimi, thick cut high quality fresh fish. No rolls or mayo based sauces. Which I’m sure most would know already, but just wanted to make it clear.
