Recipe in English

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Beef bong (Shank) 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Hamdard nihari masala ½ pack
-Water 4 Cups
-Maida (All-purpose flour) roasted 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Cheddar & mozzarella cheese
-Burger buns

Direction:
-In a pressure cooker, add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add beef shank, ginger garlic paste, mix well & cook on medium flame until it changes color.
-Add nihari masala, mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water, mix well & bring it to boil, cover & lock the lid properly & pressure cook on low flame for 40-45 minutes.
-Turn off the flame, unlock the lid, mix well, take out beef shank pieces & set aside.
-In a bowl, add roasted all-purpose flour, water, whisk well & add in nihari gravy, while mixing continuously, cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes or until it thickens.
-Shred cooked beef shank with the help of forks or hand.
-Heat griddle, add olive oil, shredded beef shank, saute for 1-2 minute.
-Place 5 inches round mold, add 100g of shredded beef shank, 2-3 tbs of reserved gravy, mix cheese, cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts.
-Toast the burger buns on the same griddle, now remove the cover, demold the beef patty & place it on a burger bun base, pour some reserved gravy, cover with other bun (Makes: 4-5) & serve!

  1. نہیں یار یہ نہیں ہونا چاہیے تھا نہاری مصالحہ یوز کر لیں گے لیکن ہم نہاری نان کے ساتھ ہی کھائیں گے 😂

  2. ائیڈیا تو اچھا ہے بچی ہوئی نہاری کے ساتھ بنایا جا سکتا ہے لیکن میونیز اور کھیرا ٹماٹر وغیرہ لگائیں گے تو زیادہ مزہ ائے گا

  3. اوٹ پٹانگ گندی ریسپی ۔نہاری کے ساتھ ظلم وزیادتی برداشت نہیں کرینگے۔
