Speilsalen: The Michelin Star “Hall of Mirrors” Restaurant
Speilsalen received a Michelin star less than a year after opening.
The name means “The Hall of Mirrors,” and the dining room really does look like a royal ballroom. The tasting menu focuses on Norwegian ingredients and modern Nordic cooking.
