    The investors didn’t want to lose money so they got a bright idea to sell it to people as a so called weight loss “diet” alternative 🤦🏼‍♀️

    Even the most healthy butters out there are now adding oils to make a profit and lessen the population

  6. I’m surprised you can order something good at IHOP.
    I watched for In-N-out. I work out of a service truck so anything I bring from home I eat cold. Burger patties from In-N-Out or The Habit are good in a pinch.

  7. You said sourdough bread is just water, flour and yeast….wrong! Real as sourdough has zero yeast! It should have whole unbleached flour, sourdough starter and water. Trader Joe's sells a real sourdough bread.

  9. It is not cheese. It is processed food with seed oils. Do not eat the cheese. I get a four patty Flying Dutchman with mustard only and pickles. That is the cleanest stuff they have.

  11. Should have emphasized the effect of glyphosate on the gut microbiome. Most all the dough based products sold in these places unless otherwise specified as non-gmo.

  12. Which food will cause him to stop babbling? Anyone who eats this food regularly has zero interest in the chemicals and poisons. And saying "If you're actually intentional" is way too jargon-y. And you don't eat vegetables? Automatic cancel.

  14. Eat at home at least Brrakfast and Dinner. Drink water and coffee, use organic stevia. Quesadillas on a corn tortilla, add mushrooms, turkey. Scrambled eggs, salmon in olive oil. I mean just some ideas…
    I know is hard – I cheat some times.

  15. This guy is a complete hypochondiac. Dude hardly ate anything and he's talking about he's having a major sugar crash. Bro I'm overweight and in far worse shape than you and I don't crash from eating foods like this. And btw our grandparents were dying from cancer just much as we are. I can tell you two or three of my grandparents that died from cancer and they weren't eating anything foods like the junk we are eating now. Cancers are cause simply from just living. The environment, the chemicals we use from cleaning, our plumbing, our homes, cars, fuel exhaust, I can go on. But I do get the point of the video and I appreciate the info regardless but chill with being a hypochodriac and just make the videos.

  19. One thing you're misunderstanding is that it's not the seed oils alone that can turn into a carcinogen but most things heated up too hot too quickly.

    The video had good info in it and some of it has been proven in studies, but there is quite a bit of bro science unfortunately. Ultra processed is bad, but the simple addage stating to stay away from food that has ingredients you don't recognize isn't necessary helpful.

    Also changing oil once a week is super normal. Oil is usually filtered daily, and topped off frequently. Oil breaks down from salt, water, air, and heat.
