Serves: 7-8
Recipe in English

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 Medium
-Chicken mix boti 1.25 kg
-Hamdard Karahi Masala ½ Pack
-Dahi (Yogurt) 350g
-Hamdard karahi masala ½ Pack
-Cooking oil ¾ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 8-10
-Cream ¾ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped as required

Direction:
-In a chopper, add onion, chop well.
-In a bowl, add chicken, karahi masala, mix well, cover & marinate for 10-15 minutes.
-In another bowl, add yogurt, karahi masala, whisk well, spiced yogurt is ready set aside.
-In a wok, add cooking oil & heat it, add marinated chicken, fry on high flame for 5-6 minutes or until golden.
-Add ginger garlic paste, mix well, cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add chopped onion, mix well, cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes
-Add green chillies, spiced yogurt, mix well, cook on medium flame for 2 minutes
-Add cream, mix well, & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander, mix well, cover & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-In a serving dish, add prepared white karahi, garnish with ginger, fresh coriander & serve with naan!
