Strawberry jam Twist ๐๐ฅ
3 Ingredients & Airfryer Friendly!
This one genuinely shocked meโฆ crispy on the outside, soft in the middle and ridiculously easy to make.
All you need:
โข 120g YoPro Strawberry Yogurt (I used this for extra protein, but plain/fat free works too)
โข 80g white plain flour (if itโs too sticky add some more)
โข 20g sugar free strawberry syrup
Mix the yogurt and flour to form a dough, roll it out, spread the strawberry syrup, twist it up and pop it in the airfryer.
Airfryer: 20 minutes at 180ยฐC
Oven: Same temp, just keep an eye on it as every oven is different.
Macros (per twist):
178 calories
10g Protein
1g Fat
32g Carbs
You can optionally dust some icing sugar on top if you want that bakery vibe ๐
I adjusted the ingredients to make it fit my calories and macros better and it did not disappoint. For something this simple, the original creator absolutely nailed it and this version keeps it macro friendly without sacrificing the crunch!
