  1. You could try to make the pasta into a tube that you fill with the green sauce (I can’t spell that) to keep the simple plating or do a ravioli type thing

  3. the plating did feel slightly off, but to me it was mostly because the thicker shape of pasta and the bright green sauce looked almost like cartoonish (not in a bad way) but maybe a different shape and plating (with basil sauce on the side) would look more elevated?

  4. Green sauce ("Pistou", or pesto) with red sauce? Overkill. You already had a great vodka sauce, and would have been better mincing the basil, or even just dropping a few leaves on top. Simplicity, padawan.

  5. pici traditionally is without eggs. here eggs aren't needed in the pasta at all

  6. The plating isnt too busy. Put it on a jet balck plate, and all the colors will pop at once instead of individually
