Lions mane mushroom is amazing Ive been buying it for years you can feel the extra sharpness after 3 days and its nice in brews and food it fights all degenerative diseases because it promotes the production of NGF or nerve growth factor in the brain so the brain is always rebuilding itself but there is also a bunch of companies on Amazon that are all packaging and no product with Ai reviews also Chaga mushroom is amazing
