Reese’s Cup Rice Cake Dessert! 🤯
Per rice cake (makes 2):
160 calories
18g protein
18g carbs
2g fat
Ingredients:
2 thin rice cakes
30g whey protein (any flavour you like)
12g PB2
75g Greek yogurt
15g dark chocolate
Cinnamon or sea salt
Freeze for 10–20 minutes until firm. The longer the better.
This is light, crunchy, high protein and absolutely macro magic! @rahul__kamat 🔥

What Dores "Macro Magic" Mean?
I made these today, I used caramel rice cakes for the base, mix plain Greek yogurt, sugar-free peanut butter and melted semisweet chocolate chips for the topping… freeze! 🥶…they were divine.
Madonna moon pie take two rice cakes spread almond butter in the middle add dark chocolate both sides and all around the corners with dark chocolate then chill and enjoy
