  1. Pickles a cheat code, darn near no calories and an easy snack when hungry! I started a caloric deficit approach with some light workouts and am down 90 pounds over the last 18 months and I will say if I can do it anyone can! Love seeing the videos!

  2. That’s how I eat on the regular. Continue that for a month plus. Watch how you feel Literally just protein , rice , veggies. Beans. Simplistic a with a consistent workout. Plenty of water

  3. Nice job wade! If you still wanna eat fish just don’t fry it in oil or put to many processed things on it and it will be good, like pico or grilling it
