i get the sense that the italians are basically poor chinese people who happen to be white
in china, this type of noodle is called the poor man’s meal, and will be sold for 50 cents a bowl. and then in the west, this would be called a premium meal and sold for 40 bucks a plate
One of the worst aglio olio peperoncino I've ever seen. And I've had it plenty of times! What is that parsley doing there? Why the past has the color of some cheap store bought brand? Why so much garlic? It's not needed if it's fresh enough. Meh
OK nontraditional but I’m thinking about replacing the olive oil with butter going with a slightly lower temperature. I think I’m gonna get a better overall flavor doing that.

Yummmm. I also add some sesame oil. And some tomato sauce. Yummmmm
Throw some fresh squeeze lemon juice in there for a little acidity. Either way can’t go wrong. Learned this recipe from the movie chef
This with anchovies is my last meal❤ fresh parsley is key
Not hating, but please lose the mustache. You look better without it.

I make this but with butter instead of olive oil.
Cheapest is one pack of Top Ramen with just enough water to cook the noodles and one small slice of butter.
This with parmesan and bacon bits was how my friend's mom made us the biggest pot of weekend pasta. Fond memories
The hardest working fridge in the world

Just the olive oil costs more than everything else in that dish.
One tablespoon of olive oil has 120 calories. You put in close to 1000 calories of olive oil in that pan
Add ground sausage or chorizo and Parmesan cheese
