    in china, this type of noodle is called the poor man’s meal, and will be sold for 50 cents a bowl. and then in the west, this would be called a premium meal and sold for 40 bucks a plate

  5. One of the worst aglio olio peperoncino I've ever seen. And I've had it plenty of times! What is that parsley doing there? Why the past has the color of some cheap store bought brand? Why so much garlic? It's not needed if it's fresh enough. Meh

  8. OK nontraditional but I’m thinking about replacing the olive oil with butter going with a slightly lower temperature. I think I’m gonna get a better overall flavor doing that.
