Butter chicken is really British Indian food, not authentic Indian, ask any Indian. But I like it as it's not too spicy.

@BrettAndYessica A little bit of advice, whenever your going to eat a lot of meat, either you sip a vinegar or make it a habit to have a meat with a vinegar combination.
Because vinegar has antimicrobial properties, just to prevent you from having stomach problems, just like the last time you got sick of eating too much street foods. 😊

We eat with our hand because
1. Each finger is an extension of 5 senses sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch.
When you eat with your hands .. these senses sends signals to your stomach release digestive enzymes and start preparing for digestion
Also helps in sensing the temperature, texture of food prevents burning your mouth.
2. Each finger is an extension of 5 elements fire, water, earth, air and space .
Eating with hands balances these 5 elements and helps digestion
3. Also each finger is an extension of 5 tastes sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami which helps digestion.
And pls don't eat rice and bread together in 1 bite while eating indian food 😅

Filipinos eat with their hands too at home and on certain occasions. Have you heard of Boodle Fight? It’s where they would lay down all different types of Filipino food, mostly grilled, rice, fruits, etc. on a spread of banana leaves. You then eat altogether with your hands. There is also a Filipino restaurant called Kamayan (meaning hands) where you are expected to eat with your hands. Eating with hands is messy (and some might feel its gross) but it’s actually make everything more enjoyable and appetizing.
You will love eating with your bare hands, too, if you visit and dine in Mang Inasal Restaurant. I just came from Six Doors Buffet at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay, and one of the complimentary dishes is Sushi. La Fiesta Buffet at Mall of Asia Complex specifically offers Filipino and International Cuisines and dishes. You must all try those.
