Gulab Jamun Cake
Serves: 8-10
Recipe in English

Ingredients:
Prepare Gulab Jamun Cake:
-Milk powder 1 Cup
-Powdered Sugar ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¾ Cup
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
-Desi Ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Water 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom) crushed ¼ tsp
-Rose water 1 tsp
-Chandi ka warq (Edible silver leaf)
-Pista (Pistachios)
-Badam (Almond)
-Vanilla ice cream

Direction:
Prepare Gulab Jamun Cake:
-In a bowl, add milk powder, sugar powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, green cardamom powder, whisk well.
-Add yogurt, organic clarified butter, milk, whisk well until well-combined.
-Transfer it to a greased baking tray (11×7 inches), tap few times & rest for 5 minutes
-Place in a pre-heated oven at the middle rack for 25-30 minutes at 180 C with both grills.
-Now take out gulab jamun cake from the oven, let it cool down completely.
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-In a sauce pan, add sugar, water, green cardamom crushed, rose water, bring it to boil, let the sugar dissolve in water, cook on medium flame for 1 minute after it starts boiling.
-Sugar syrup is ready, set aside.
-Prick with toothpick & add prepared sugar syrup, let it rest for 10-15 minutes or until sugar syrup is seep into the cake.
-Garnish with edible silver leaf, pistachios, almond, cut into desired pieces & serve with vanilla ice-cream!

  5. Guys its a general recipe, i saw both videos. Why is everyone saying it's plagiarism?She is extremely talented, and had her own style so does they.Everyone makes pasta, spaghetti, so who should we give credit to? Italy.
