Uttarakhand Food for β‚Ή1000 in 24 Hours! πŸ”οΈπŸœπŸ€―

How much good food can you actually eat in Uttarakhand with just one thousand rupees in twenty four hours? In this episode I take on that challenge while travelling from Dehradun to the hills of Mussoorie as part of my 28 Weeks 28 States journey where I explore the food culture of every state in India.

The day starts with breakfast at Ellora Bakery in Dehradun, followed by lunch at the legendary Doon Darbar where rich North Indian flavours take over. From there the journey moves uphill toward Mussoorie with a quick roadside stop for Maggi in the hills, because Maggi in the mountains is simply an emotion.

The day finally wraps up in the cold Mussoorie air with a hearty dinner at Kalsang, where a comforting bowl of thukpa brings the perfect ending to this β‚Ή1000 food challenge across Uttarakhand.
