Bakery Style Chocolate Milk Cake
Recipe in English

Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Dark chocolate 200g
-Olper’s Cream 200ml
Prepare Milk Mixture:
-Olpers milk 2 Cups
-Olpers cream ½ Cup
-Condensed milk 200g
Prepare Chocolate Milk Cake
-Anday (Eggs) 4
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 120g
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 40ml
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 120g
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Whipping cream 200ml (Whipped with ¼ Cup Icing sugar)
-Cake rusk crumbs

Direction:
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl, add dark chocolate, cream, and microwave for 60 seconds, check after every 30 seconds, mix well, chocolate ganache is ready, set aside.
-Take out cake from the oven & let it cool completely.
Prepare Milk Mixture:
-In a kettle, add milk, turn on the flame, let it warm, turn off the flame.
-Add cream, condensed milk, whisk until well combined, milk mixture is ready, set aside.
Prepare Chocolate Milk Cake
-In a bowl, add eggs, caster sugar, beat well for 3-4 minutes.
-Add vanilla essence, beat for 2-3 minutes or until fluffy
-Add cooking oil, beat until well combined.
-Place sifter on a bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, sift flour gradually & mix gently until well combined.
-Pour prepared cake batter in a round baking pan (8 inches, greased & lined with baking paper).
-Tap few times then bake it in a preheated oven 160 C for 28-30 minutes.
-Take out the prepared cake from the baking pan & place it in a serving plate, remove baking paper, poke holes with the help of a skewer.
-Pour prepared warm milk mixture properly, & refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
-Take it out from refrigerator, now spread whipped cream, cover all sides of the cake with whipped cream.
-Pour prepared chocolate ganache all over the cake, sprinkle cake rusk crumbs around the sides, let it set for 30 minutes then serve!
