Just before catching my flight, I found my way to a Mangaluru legend—Janatha Deluxe. ✈️ I was there to reconnect with a comforting childhood memory: neer dosae with belakayi. 🥥 Growing up, this was a delicious snack my mom would prepare at a moment’s notice.

  2. Hey Kripal big fan, is there any plan on a relaxed travel vlog like you did in Phuket? I feel that was easily the best vlog with a relaxed coverage of the place, the food scenes were great. It would be a refreshing change from the local food vlogs for sometime

  3. Neer dosae is also famous in Konkan Maharashtra. They call it ghavane. They serve it with usal, chutney, misal. Some interesting fact that I wanted to share with you.

  4. There are lots of small and very small good fish meals hotels around Mangalore, udupi, Kundapura , karkala etc
    Why not make a series of vlogs on those.

  6. Nice to be seeing again Kripal. That's typical Mangalore cuisine, I have never come across. Something similar is prapared in our house holds ( neerudosa and bellagai ), that being a dish called Aapam, made of similar dough but prepared on a pan, pouring it sideways, instead of flatly. Along with it, " Kobbari paalu " meaning milk exttracted out of raw coconut, and being added with sugar and cardamom. Regards bun,no way, its totally new. Thank you, and best regards to you.

  8. 0:54 stop Renaming Authentic Tulunadu dishes with Kannada names it's called Moodeh / Gunda in Tulu not kadbu in Tulunadu
