This is green gram dosa , a very healthy protein packed dosa 👌

I have soaked a cup of green gram with 2 tsp od raw rice over night, then grinded it by adding half inch ginger , ½tsp jeera , coriander leaves, karileaves, salt and green chilli to taste.Mix it and no fermentation required. You can make dosa after grinding and enjoy it with spicy chutney or as you like.
