The potato pancake and goulash combo is popular in Poland as well.
That's a whole party on a piece of toast!! 😅 And the biggest potato pancake I've ever seen!! I like mine with applesauce or macerated blackberries. And a dollop of sour cream. 😊
Anybody notice the potato pancake fryer just stack them up together or lay flat after coming out of the fryer. You have to stand them up, go look up Japanese and Korean Street food vendors.
