  1. Hygiene and cleanliness … why dont they clean their tiles, appliances and the chimney … atleast cleaning the place once a week will maintain hygiene … The deep freezer … i can bet how dirty and smelly it would be inside . I request youtubers to educate these restaurant staff on hygiene ….

  2. Da GOAT wrap to rule 'em all : Kolkata Kathi Roll
but, tbf, with the overloaded filling options there, those are nearly Mumbai Frankie-esque (messy) than proper Kathi Rolls.
Proper Kathi Roll should be all about the crunchy layered paratha, the juicy tikkas, paper thin onion slices and optional micro chopped green chilies. That's it. And to garnish a squeeze of lime and optional chaat masala/store spice sprinkle.

  3. Looks very tasty, but some of the hygiene (the filthy tiles falling off the wall in the kitchen) gives me second thoughts. Indians must have iron stomachs and the chefs here no shame, for the cameras to see this in the kitchen.

  4. If India can bring up their standard of living to developed country standards, it would be the greatest place on earth.

  5. Kaati roll vs Frankie? Which is truly better and has more options?
Edit: There's a place in West Village NYC called Thelewala which is closest thing I've had in the US to an Indian street Kaati roll. The Kaati roll company is 2nd option which is alright too in case anyone is curious to try this out.

  6. Not adding a little bit of sliced chillies is a rookie mistake my friend. A little bit goes a long way in boosting its flavors.

  7. Every video I've seen with checf Meherwan, he seems so giddy while talking about food. Shows how absolutely he loves his job

  8. Ooooh the host has quickly become one of my fav YouTube personalities! The knowledge, excitement, warmth, humility, calmness. Really love his presenting style!! And the food looks so delicious too!!
