Slow Underground Cooking Cow Ribs with Vegetables in African Village |African village life
In today’s video, I tried something special — baking a whole cow rib underground using slow cooking. I prepared it the simple village way, adding Irish potatoes, onions, garlic, and tomatoes, then wrapped everything in foil and let it cook slowly beneath the earth.
This is the beauty of peaceful African village life — simple living, natural cooking, and enjoying food the traditional way. No rush, just patience and good flavor.
