Catching your lunch at a floating restaurant #singapore #fishing

Singapore’s first floating restaurant, Smith Marine, spans some 5,000 square metres and producing around 30 tonnes of fish each year. It’s accessible by a 15-minute bumboat ride from Changi Point Ferry Terminal.

The farm raises sea bass, red snapper and groupers, including giant groupers that can grow up to 100kg! Guests can feed the fish, try their hand at the sure-catch pond, have their catch cooked and served in about 10 to 15 minutes.
