The Chef’s Table Society of BC Commons is the first of its kind in North America.
Not only is there an archive of menus, a cookbook library, food magazines, a podcast studio and meeting spaces for the hospitality industry—this space is open to the public. It’s all dedicated to sharing knowledge and inspiration about food.
