  2. love your videos Wade!! a small suggestion since I know youโ€™ve been on a health journey, feta cheese is fantastic in wraps and with fish and is a lot lower on calories than mayo! 1oz of feta (28g) has about 75 cals, 6gs of fat and 5s of protein. 1 TABLESPOON (15g) of Mayo is 100 cals, 11g of fat and 0g of protein.   4. Here is a simple recipe I love to use on Salmon, but would work on Catfish as well. Oil spray on foil. Lay fish down, with skin or without. Pour some soy sauce on. Lay down some brown sugar. Pat that down. Sprinkle on garlic powder. Then cook "350 until she looks pretty." Feel free to use it.

  12. Mr. Delishoes, youโ€™re actually incorrect about what makes a tomato have its color. What makes them like that is called lycopene, which is also found in every natural red plant grown food. Itโ€™s also a cancer preventer and fighter!
