  2. 6.5million meals a year, 17k meals a day. There are huge implications in the event of a non delivery. Imagine boarding a 12-hour SIA flight and the steward tells you there are no meals because the caterer F up.

  3. The worst dish I ever ate on an airplane was on an SIA flight-"chefs special" chicken and black lentils dish.
    It was an unidentifiable black blob.
    I still have PTSD.

  4. Must have healthier choice logo or not? Our Singapore school central kitchen and canteen must have. Less sugar. Less salt.

  5. I only took Singapore airlines once, 30 years ago because it's not my final destination.. My frequent stops are hong Kong, Dubai and Istanbul.
    In 2025, I flew Air China via Beijing, food is not good but I got a free van tour to the Great Wall. I prefer free tour 😊
