My top 5: 1) Flying Fish, 2) Jiko, 3) Narcoossee's, 4) Toledo, 5) Topolino's Terrace (only dinner). Honorable mention: Bourbon Steak. We have not been to V&A, Monseiur Paul, or Takumi Tei
We love watching your videos and restaurant reviews. But how could you leave out Sanaa!? The bread service alone is a tradition for our family. Theming is excellent and you can watch giraffes & zebras from your table! Seriously though, keep up the great work. We love your show whether we agree or not.😉👍

in Jan I did Jiko, Flying Fish & Les Chef. I love FF previously, this time wasn't quite as good, Jiko was a little better but Les Chefs was great. Wasn't overly impressed the 1 time I went to Chef Arts a few years ago. I like Raglan. And I always eat in Japan
Do you give advice on how to get a professional job down there. Preferably remote?
Capa at The Four Seasons!!! I am very surprised this wasn’t on the list. Michelin star, amazing service, great ambiance and decor, fantastic views, unbelievable food!
