I Paid $100 to Cook My Own Dinner at Haidilao Hot Pot

Is Haidilao worth the price? How does it compare to the Las Vegas Strip? Join Derek and Catherine of All You Can Vegas at Haidilao Hot Pot in Arcadia, California, at The Shops at Santa Anita for their first hot pot experience where they learn how to make Haidilao dipping sauce and cook Haidilao shrimp paste in an individual hot pot. 1. Not much variety of food, you have to cook it yourself, and have to pay extra for sauce…not my kind of hot pot restaurant. You would have done better at the food court. Lucky for the goose he's not in Hong Kong, he would have been a roast goose on somebody's dinner table. 😂

  2. That placed look terrible and the toppings bar should have been cleaned up and stocked better for what you paid.

  3. I don’t get these places where you cook your own food. You should get a discount for doing your own cooking. Makes no sense to me. Plus when I go out it’s because I don’t want to cook! My husband would be livid lol.

  4. Looks complicated . I wouldn't know what to choose for the Sauces. The shrimp looked weird. I guess I wouldn't want to cook my own food but thanks for showing this to us.
