   There is only one way I eat goat meat and that's when is well fried.. Otherwise the goat scent is gonna overwhelm the flavor. Goat stew is a huge no no.. But I'm sure yours tastes better 🎉

    Indagara is kinyarwanda /kirundi it’s dried anchovis in English

    In the volta region of Ghana, we call the anchovies, bobi. And make a stew and corn meal very similar to yours and call it bobi tadi and akple

    The dagara is called anchovies in English and abɔbi in Eʋe (Ghana)

    do you also call it fufu in your indigenous tounge just say its name in your language… would be nice to hear.
