Recipe:
500 g beer
300 g diced pears
100 g dried apricots
100 g cane sugar
150 g vinegar (6%)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp pectin
Salt, pepper
Sauté the onion, then add the remaining ingredients and let everything simmer for 25 minutes.
At the end, add the pectin and boil for 1 more minute.
Season to taste.
