Filipino Food Is Growing In Amsterdam!
Filipino food is growing and getting more popular in Europe and today I will be visiting Amsterdam where it is growing in popularity and fast as well! I will be trying Filipino food at a catering business and to my big surprise the owner is Dutch but can cook Filipino dishes and speaks Tagalog! I am so amazed. I cannot believe my eyes. Its so surreal to hear Europeans speaking Tagalog so fluently like its their own language, and to see them love Filipino food so much ! She is like a manang with a little a carendieria around the corner that everyone goes to for lunch and supper.

I had a chance to visit Amsterdam once sometime in 2019 (I think), when my wife and I got stuck there for a night during a blizzard on our way to France from Japan. We stayed in a hotel beside St. Nicklaus Church. โค๐
