  1. Thinking about all of the hours of underpaid farm labor and animals who lost their lives to create the ingredients for the most tasteless food imaginable.

  2. I think the issue here is that historically going out to eat was a treat you do it every now and then most of the time you eat at home, now no one eats at home so people just want convenience and calories and they don’t wanna have to think about it so this is why things like these are acceptable.

  3. You may have done enough investigative journalism to shut this concept down. I hope. the enshittification of food is something we all should not tolerate. However, that Pokebowl would be judged so poorly by Hawaii locals. Poke bowls should be about the fish. not the garnishes.

  4. $15 poke is a RIP—especially when for that price or less you can get better, fresher poke and have it custom made with a lot more ingredients and sauces to choose from. These places are for virtual children that are too lazy to prepare/pick up their own food, somehow have a lot of spending cash, and don’t care what kind of junk they are fed (as long as they are fed). And we wonder why prices are going up like crazy.

  5. We saw this exact same concept in the 90s with KenTacoHut (KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut all in one) and it failed.

  6. Tried Wonder in Downtown Brooklyn and it too was meh. The food was cold and bland and that was the first and last time we ordered food there for our night shift crew. We made it a point to order food earlier before the restaurants close at 10 because of Wonder which that branch opens until 2AM.

  7. Microwaving a tortilla, cheese and peppers to 'create' that wet looking, sad quasi-quesadilla is so gross. Hadn't heard of this place before and hope it doesn't come to AZ any time soon. Waste of money and food.

  8. I'm sorry but you can literally order delivery for pizza from one app and delivery for sushi from another app if you truly have that problem, that's so silly 😭

  9. 3:58 lots of delivery services Uber eats, GrubHub, DoorDash, Grindr?
I didn't know Grindr was a food delivery service I knew they delivered tasty treats to put in your mouth, Republicans have been ordering for years, especially during conventions and elections.

  10. I'm mostly shocked they thought this would do well in the North East where pretty much every state has a dish/cuisine they're super proud of. Like when you're proud of your state for having the best of a particular dish and think it's trash everywhere else, there's no way you're gonna think this slop is acceptable for human consumption. Just another disconnected billionaire taking up a whole bunch of real estate for a horrible thing that nobody wants 🤢

  11. eh. i have a soft spot for Wonder. my boyfriend was on a TV show, Intervention, 7 WHOLE YEARS AGO. we both have 5 YEARS clean. still, he got turned down by a lot of employers because they saw that he was on that show. Wonder gave him a chance and he's had a new lease on life ever since. it is fcking DISHEARTENING for a man to not be able to find employment when it's no fault of their recent actions. like a nonviolent felon trying to find work- they're just written off. so i'm forever indebted to Wonder no matter what lol.

  12. I had a couple roommates that kept themselves broke by ordering food all the time. I love cooking when I'm high, I make the best pancakes at 3:00 a.m..

  13. marc looks like what a skinwalker thinks a canadian would look like after watching a season of south park there is something uncanny about his face

  14. This would probably work better as a frozen food brand not selling frozen food to people as restaurant quality

  15. These guys always say, "we're innovating the x industry," and the innovation is just vertically integrating things that have been around for at least a decade. I also love how this idea, like so many of these "innovations" banks on having customers who live under a rock. Like this cannot be a viable business venture if your customers don't care about the novelty and know they can get at least slightly better food for cheaper somewhere else

  16. I remember when you weren't order the something that they don't specialize in

Like I'm not getting seafood from a place that doesn't specialize in it

And why order chicken fingers at a fancy steak house?
