UNDEFEATED 5KG CORNISH PASTY SAID BY PRO EATER TO BE IMPOSSIBLE IN 30 MINUTES!
PRO EATERS SAID THIS WORLD’S BIGGEST 5KG CORNISH PASTY WAS IMPOSSIBLE IN 30 MINUTES…What do you think!?
WHO’S HAD A PROPER CORNISH PASTY BEFORE!?
From the Original Cornish Pasties in Liskeard, Cornwall,
Usually gigantic foods are never as good as their little reincarnations, but this was genuinely one of the tastiest Cornish Pasties I’ve ever had!
This was a proper pasty with beef, potato, swede (turnip as they say in Cornwall and rutabaga in American!), and onion, seasoned with salt and pepper in a shortcrust pastry and it was DELICIOUS, but HUGE!!
Trying to eat all 5kg/11lb in 30 minutes was going to be tough!
A BIG thank you to Scott and all his amazing staff at Original Cornish Pasties, see their social media here:

Before I head to America I'm on a mission to take on as many traditional British food challenges as I can! But I need your help…
Let me know what traditional British dish I should attempt as a food challenge, and any specific spots you've seen great British food challenges at!
I'm not sure many can top the worlds biggest Cornish Pasty challenge here but we'll see!
And finally Happy Easter everyone! 🐰
Well done Max you achieve what others consider impossible so often, pork pie or scotch egg challenge could be good
I’m already a terrible Scotsman for not liking turnip (I think it tastes like dirt) so really don’t like Cornish Pasties either… I struggle to finish a normal sized one !
I’d need some tomato sauce with that. We have Cornish pasties here in South Australia 😀. Looked good.
Smashing as always Max 💪🏻
You're the man, i feel like if I were to ever attempt anything like this, I would have asked for a jug of gravy for all that pastry
Haggis nees tattis
I live in Northern Ireland but a friend was in Cornwall and bought me a Pastie from St Agnes Bakery and i had it later that night when he got back home lol.
I'm not sure if most of us could eat enough pastry to find out if we get hiccups
Would you do a scone, jam and clotted cream challenge?
yes please come back to do the spicy sausage roll!
the girl working the counter had a really pretty smile
Well done and the best pasties in Cornwall. Looking forward to seeing more of you x
cornish pasty is somewhat similar to a pot pie correct? ive had pot pies but not a pasty
What is in it
Scots pasties are great and delivery is a total bonus, we are regulars.
Well done Max, would be nice to see a video of your back story, how you prepare for challenges and how you manage to stay so trim!
I'm seriously impressed, the biggest challenge here in Cornwall is to visit and never return.
My neck of the woods! Geddon! 🟰🟰
Well done Max.That pasty looks amazing.Haven't been to Cornwall but have eaten many pasties over the years.Really wish I could have one now but it's Easter Monday and all the shops near me are closed.
