Honestly I grew up on “carry out” food. That basically those Chinese takeout places in D.C. My mother could cook to well bless her heart so most days it was chicken wings and mumbo sauce. However, I always loved to cook so I eventually taught myself. I must say you totally could have been a professional but it’s always an extra blessing to simply focus on taking care of your family and making sure they eat well. This looks so good I’ll have to try it(minus the catfish lol). Thanks for sharing. God bless you!
