One restaurant stood out for all the wrong reasons, racking up a staggering 70 violations, the most we’ve seen in a long time and the highest of any restaurant in South Florida so far in 2026.

70 violations is crazy on so many levels. Almost reminded me when dirty dining did an Asian buffet long time ago with 110 violations. That was worst compared to this year with 70
Until fines are imposed there's no reason to keep things clean. Just wait for the inspection to come and order you shut for 24 hours. Sweep up the mess and open the next day. Channel 10 should create an app (not a general news site app) just for restaurant inspection reports in Dade and Broward. Before heading out to eat people can enter the name of the restaurant and have it show whether it was ordered shut by the inspectors in the last 24 months.
