I wanna see the details. I wanna do this but I need to know what you do with the centrepiece of a table when you serve food do you remove it and where do you put it? I wanna know how you do cleanup or if you even clean with everyone there or do you move to the kitchen for dessert and leave everything on the table? Also when you step away into the kitchen to serve the food how long does that take .. how do you go about that?
