  1. After cheffing for 4 years. Every time I visit a hospitality venue, I’m always grateful and try to be as simple as possible.

  2. I just learned that Macro trained the late, great Michael Christmas; a two star Michelin chef based in Quebec. RIP Michael Christmas.

  3. The question is, why does the food industry selling ready to cook (Ping…) and eat, while customers become serious health problems like Iodine and fluorine, two substances which are not broken down by the body and accumulate, among other places, in the pineal gland, causing serious illnesses in old age, including dementia!??! They selling toxic food even to our child´s, while real good, simple food is available!??! Even dog food is made of half rotten food into dry food. So many dogs which get feed with such products are die from liver and other internal fail functions, in the last 20 years! Even well cooked cheap but fresh food is not burning money, easy to made and all for a happy dog with a long, better life! This world is so wrong, Marco reminds me in any little video available! I try your simple dishes and it´s magic, healthy, cheap and easy to do! THX for that! Please find time for an online cooking book, all short videos, tons of easy, cheap and healthy food with a bombastic taste…I No book, only a download pack with some specials, easy to download with a unique pass code after payment! would buy it directly!

  4. He's not joking. I was hiking around southern England last week and Marco leapt out from a bush and stuffed a vegan wellington topped with Knorr stock pots and a generous helping of parsley down my throat. 'There we are', he muttered before strolling away.

  5. I would love to know how you cook the pig leg filled with tasty things and your crab lasagna on layers of cooked leek…

  6. My mindset is also ' feeding people, not your self' you don't need to eat if you have giving you people the food they needed, thats chefs mindset,

  7. I read a comment on here before that said “thank God he decided to cook rather than to end us all…” and i think about that everyday..😂😂

  8. I cant even imagine the flavors that will rock in my mouth, It would be a great honor to taste this gentlemans food.

  9. He’s amazing. He started off a young, angry, firebreather. The man who brought Gordon Ramsay to tears. Took no prisoners and slept no sleep until three Michelin stars were under his belt. Now he’s a wise old kitchen wizard. A smirk and a gimmer in his eye disguising the unbridled power that lies just beneath the surface. Somewhere between the foodie analogue of Gandalf the Grey and Old Ben “if you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine” Kenobi.

Here he is in these (incredibly entertaining and informative, I might add) BBC Maestro videos, doing the culinary equivalent of blowing smoke rings that turn into ships, and giving you advice about how you’re not yet strong enough to face Vader alone. Forgive the slightly mixed metaphors, it all makes sense in my head.
