This Might Be the Most CAJUN Food Challenge Ever… 5 Foot Long Po’Boy Sandwich with Alligator!

For the final episode in Wisconsin, Im at Crawdaddy’s on Greenfield taking on their 5ft long Cajun Po’Boy Sandwich Challenge!
Crawdaddy’s on Greenfield is a casual Cajun and Creole restaurant in West Allis, Wisconsin, serving bold Louisiana-style Southern flavors. Their menu features popular dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, shrimp and grits, fried chicken, and po’boys, along with seafood favorites and classic comfort food. With fresh ingredients, flavorful dishes, and a lively atmosphere, it’s a great spot to enjoy a taste of New Orleans right in the Midwest.

The 5-foot Cajun Po’Boy Challenge features five 1-foot-long sandwiches, each with your choice of protein. I went with blackened catfish, blackened shrimp, fried alligator, fried shrimp, and fried crawfish tails. Every sandwich is loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo. You have one hour to finish everything to get the $75 meal free, a T-shirt, and your photo on the Wall of Fame.

  1. It’s been an awesome time here in Wisconsin, and I’ll definitely be back. I hope you all had a great weekend, and thanks for following along with the series! The next set of episodes shoot in the New England states (Except the one off in Oregon)…and I’ve already been mentally preparing myself for a ghost pepper BBQ sandwich 😂
See you in the next one and stay safe 🫡

  2. Hey, Nate! When you mentioned your hat, I was reminded about your transplant. How did it go?

  3. Thanks for visiting Wisconsin! I'm definitely going to try some of those restaurants I didn't even know about, and I've lived here my whole life!

  4. I love your vids, don’t get me wrong. With so many competitive creators out there the reason I started following was because you added your kickflip after eating a huge meal. That set you apart from everyone else. Seeing you struggle trying to do a kickflip after demolishing a massive meal set you apart. Bring that aspect back. Yes, having to add another item while travelling sucks buts it’s not a huge thing. Back to your roots please!

  5. Had fried gator when I visited the French Quarter Loved It…. Trying to find out how to get it in Md……

  6. Dude, if I could even find a crawfish po-boy in San Diego and it was that size?!!! They would be charging 90 bucks!! $150 for all that here would be an absolute STEAL!!

  7. Crawdaddys is great. Used to be located about 30 blocks east on the same street (Greenfield Ave). I remember when they first opened back in the 90s. Would go there on Friday or Saturday nights with my family. We'd sometimes have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a table.

  8. Crawdaddy's can get extremely busy and even when it's busy you get right in and eat right away. It's always so fun, I love that place.

  9. Can I just say when i was doing active contests/challenges. I never tried to go in starving. Its hard to have your mentality click that you are not full when you are absolutely starving and start eating. It has to do with those signals being sent to your head that there is a change in your stomach. Where as if you go in not hungry but more empty, you do not get that signal to you brain. Very hard to find the perfect balance. I always tried to do a small ice cream or something an hour or 2 prior to a contest to avoid that. Eating something sweet just made me more hungry without being it. Nice job on this tho. Dang on fish allergies so no go for me haha

  10. Born in and currently living in Colorado, yet did do the Navy for a 4-year stint in the 90's and did see/experience various different cities/ports/cultures. I've tasted,, enjoyed, and would enjoy again alligator, bear sausage, shark, and other interesting dishes. I enjoy watching your clean eating, good editing, etc…. In late 2020 during world-wide crapy COVID personally I was going through radiation for a cancer (thankfully had a 95% cure rate; still cancer free coming up 6 years in September 2026). That bloody radiation closed up my esophagus 100% and I wasn't able to eat a single thing for 2 years. I was formerly a foodie and during my cancer treatments/recovery I had plans for what I'd like to eat when I was "back to normal". I will never be back to "normal. Eating is more of a barrier/challenge for even something as simple as a piece of bread. Nowadays watching you all competitive eaters/food challengers on YouTube have and to this day play a part in my enjoyment of how things used-to-be. Thank you and keep it up.

  11. No lie I've followed so many of these food challenges creators and idk how it took me so long to find this channel. This is the best content in the genre imo
