CHICKEN MANDI BIRYANI | Underground Arabian Traditional Recipe Cooking in Village | Kuzhi Mandi

Today, in our village, we cook a unique Arabian-style Chicken Mandi Biryani using a traditional underground (kuzhi) method. Fresh whole chickens are marinated with hand-ground mandi spices for rich flavor.

The mandi and biryani are slow-cooked inside the pit for 3 hours, giving a natural smoky aroma and juicy texture.

This traditional cooking method brings the true taste of Middle Eastern mandi in a village style.

In the evening, we enjoy this delicious mandi together, and the taste is amazing with its authentic aroma and soft rice.
