I am writing in my capacity as a representative of the Michelin Guide. The attitude and level of service observed were highly concerning and fall short of the standards we expect. Such conduct, if unaddressed, may affect future considerations. I recommend that this matter be reviewed promptly and appropriate corrective measures be implemented.
I no longer care about anything else than meat (whatever animal, if I like the taste NOT SHEEP, I hate the taste!), eggs and butter.

The first one is basically chee chong fun you can find at dim sum restaurant with any kind of fillings, like roast pork, you tiao, shrimp, etc
One thing with the northerners is that they are usually either very rude or very polite. Polite to the point where we would say that they are fake. It’s always a calculation with them. Southerners on the other hand are mostly straight forward, honest, and nice. 😄
