I am a black American home cook. I LOVE TO COOK. Both of my parents come from families of women who cook well–we all hold our own in the kitchen. HOWEVER, I have also traveled all over Mexico several times and have visited more than 10 other countries. I have long said Mexico has the best food in the world. The ingredients, the flavors–I'm sorry, but no other country holds a candle to Mexico (sorry Peru).
