    قابلمه‌ها و ظروف همگی از جنس آلومینیوم هستند که استفاده از آنها با حرارت بسیار مضر است. این ظروف برای پخت و پز نامناسب هستند.

    ظاهر غذا خوشمزه بود، اما من هیچ غذای سالمی در این آشپزخانه و رستوران ندیدم، برعکس، همه غذاها از نظر روش سرخ کردن، تجهیزات آشپزخانه و میزان استفاده از روغن های گیاهی مضر، به شدت ناسالم بودند.

    این آقایان مجبور هستند گاهی بدون دستکش کار بکنند . ناخن همگی آنها بلند است و باکتری ها و میکروب ها زیر ناخن جمع میشوند و با شستن دست ، چون زیر ناخن ها جمع شده اند از بین نمی روند و باعث انگل های روده میشوند ( بخصوص ما ایرانی ها که طهارت میگیریم ! ) آشپز باید ناخن هایش کوتاه باشد . ضمنا غذا ی اصلی ما در بشقاب ، برنج است . حجم برنج کم است و یک آدم با اشتهای معمولی سیر نمیشود .

    سلام شرمنده در این ظرف ها الومینیومی غدا سرخ نکید − باعث بیماری تدرجی میشود − زرات نانو الومینیوم بیماری های بسیاری ایجاد میکند − وقتی ظرف را با پارچه سفید خشک کنید روی پارچه زرات را میبینید
