"The Gumbo Diner (Galveston, TX)", please!💖🤤🙏👍👍💯💖
My husband, sister, and I went there in 2010 after seeing this. My dad makes the best pulled pork–better than any BBQ place I've been to.
Podnahs' pulled pork edged him out. Everything was amazing!
I live in Springfield oregon
That food trailer is as old as me I was made in 76 😂😂
Not exactly sure why you threw in the Asian food and missed the best bbq in Portland Oregon. The Smokin Oak.
Top❤❤😊

I thought I was about to see kee's reloaded kitchen 🤦🏿♂️
My Grandma (who passed on Jan. 7th, 1989), quite often, used to make "Tomato Gravy" like the dish featured in this video.
Except that she wasn't from the Appalachians in WV; she was from central Pennsylvania, & her family, (on her mother's side), was Pennsylvania Dutch, (and not so very removed, from being Amish).
Anyway, when my Grandma would tell folks about this dish, she would almost, always, add; that the dish was also called: "Creamed Tomatoes."
I never thought about it until recent years, but to me, this dish is not too far removed from: "Cream of Tomato Soup," except for that it is a GOOD BIT THICKER, & contains small bits of "almost pureed" Tomato!
I haven't had any Tomato Gravy now, since the last time my Grandma made it for me, in either mid 1984, or early 1985, & boy, I SURE DO miss it!!
Bad part about it, is that I never thought to pay attention to exactly how my Grandma made it, & I don't believe she ever had the recipe written down, as I believe that my Great-grandmother directly taught her how to make it! DRATS!!
P.S.
My Grandma used to serve hers, either with Wheat Toast, or believe it or not, with some of her awesome homemade Mashed Potatoes, alongside of either Steak, Pork Chops, or Roast Beef.
After watching this video though, I've decided that if I ever find a good recipe for Tomato Gravy, I think I'm gonna try serving mine, over some good, Hot Biscuits!! 🙂
Proof that we American's like AUTHENTIC Chinese food. Enough with the Panda Express and super sweet fried dishes.
